We became really lucky and stumbled upon a tiger
We saw lots of animals quietly rowing up the creek, like deer, jungle fowl, wild boar, then we became really lucky and stumbled upon a tiger about to swim across the stream and later two jackals.

Wonderful people, great food, very safe
I took the Glories of Bangladesh tour which gives you a taste of everything from the bustling city, the architecture, historic sites, the culture, small village experiences, rural life, nature, the wilderness, bird and animal watching. Amazing!

Pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the people
The itinerary was well planned to include everything interesting there was to see, which in Bangladesh is the often the people going about their ordinary lives. The guide was also flexible and allowed us to make some small changes, skipping things we weren't so interested in, and finding other things that suited us.

Most comprehensive Bangladesh tour on offer
The flexibility of the tour provided many extra highlights as well as allowing time for individual exploration. I would certainly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to get an extensive insight into all that Bangladesh has to offer.

Found the photography opportunities wonderful
Bangladesh is an amazing country!!! On the one hand, Bangladesh is very safe to visit, and from the other – almost totally unspoiled with mass tourism. I learned a lot about the country and found the photography opportunities wonderful.

Did not expect to see so many diverse cultures
The highlight of this tour for me was the Sundarbans mangrove forest which was the most beautiful mangrove forest I've seen anywhere in the world. In this tour, I also saw all the Mosques, Hindu and Buddhist temples that are on the Unesco World Heritage List.

Provided the learning for which we travel
Bangladesh is a rewarding destination. Not because it has one or a few must-see sights (like the Taj Mahal, Amritsar, Bagan) for which a single trip would be justified. It’s the sum of all the varied experiences that makes Bangladesh special. It shouldn’t be missed.

We felt really safe the whole time
Favourite bits? Difficult to say though the Sundarbans were particularly wonderful, so beautiful and calm. The boat was basic but very clean with good sheets and towels. The food cooked up by Ali in his galley was the best! The other crew members were very friendly and helpful.

The food was fantastic and the staff was helpful
We had 7 staff taking care of us and the boat to ourselves. The food was fantastic and the staff were as kind and helpful as all of the other people we encountered in Bangladesh.
